The job role will be varied but will cover most aspects of office administration but will involve the data processing of client/customer information, regular use of telephone and online systems to liaise with customers and external agencies.  Many tasks will involve effective and accurate ICT skills so confident IT skills will be required.  Other tasks could include the following;

  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing telephone enquiries and inputting order details as required
  • Providing excellent customer service/support at all times both face to face and over the phone
  • You will utilise your customer skills whilst contacting potential and existing clients to promote company products
  • Assisting with social media and marketing tasks as necessary to promote the business
  • Providing general office support to sales/office staff as necessary

Things to consider

Part of qualification will require regular College attendance (currently one full day per month, supported by additional zoom/remote training) and College is based at Marsh Mills, Plymouth.
