The role is to provide customer support/assistance at the main business reception area dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls, learning to deal with customers in person, keeping business records up to date, checking documents to ensure they are correct and corresponding with clients, mainly via e-mail, in a compliant and timely manner.

Things to consider

  • Part of the qualification will require College attendance one day a month at our training centre (based near Marsh Mills, Plymouth) to support 'off-the-job' training requirements
