A normal day would include:

  • In this role, you will be speaking directly to our customers through our ticketing system providing aftersales support where needed, as well as answering our sales line, creating orders for customers and providing them with excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering our sales line and responding to customer sales requests, upselling products where possible
  • Providing ongoing aftersales support to customers
  • Dealing with customers who come to our warehouse directly
