Crestmoor Training are seeking to employ a Business Administration Apprentice to assist with daily office duties.

Please see below the duties involved in the Business Administration Apprenticeship with us:

  • Loading information on Company database
  • Assisting with weekly costs on projects
  • Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Answering phones and connecting calls to the correct department
  • Taking phone messages and passing them on
  • Providing office support, including customer and employee support
  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
  • Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
  • Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
