The office Administrator will support the Office Manager in the day to day running of Kelida Solutions and will get involved in all aspects of business administration.

You must have a willingness to learn new skills, and an ability to prioritise and multi task on a number of issues throughout the working day.

You will be fully supported throughout the role.

The Office Administration side of the business is a small but busy team and we liaise with all sides of the business from organising the engineers paperwork, to booking in site visits.

We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to assist in the day to day running of the organisation.

Duties:

  • Typing up engineer paperwork
  • Setting up client contracts
  • Creating job packs for engineers to take to site
  • Answering all incoming calls to office
  • Booking in site visits with customers
  • Booking engineer accommodation
