Daily duties include:

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls
  • Liaising with customers and clients
  • Monitor admin email
  • Managing client portals
  • Greet visitors to the office

  • Assist with customer enquiries

In time this position will progress into learning each role within the insurance department, raising works orders, purchasing materials, scheduling insurance repairs and invoicing.

Desired qualifications

There are no set qualifications to become an apprentice, but it helps to have GCSEs (A*-C/9-4) in maths and English or equivalent, as this could exempt you from further training in these subjects.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to future employment with Total Repair Service following successful completion of their Apprenticeship.
