Duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all customers coming into the dealership and ensuring they receive the best customer service experience whilst making them feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their experience with Hillside Leisure
  • Assess the customer’s needs and requirements, providing customers with specific information about all Hillside products and creating a rapport with the customer
  • To excite customers about the brand whilst promoting the benefits and unique selling points of Hillside Leisure Campers, accessories and vehicle ownership
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
  • Booking in caravans and motorhomes for service
  • Being courteous and polite to all visitors both face to face and via the telephone
  • Working to a high level of customer service at all times
  • To ensure highest standards of personal appearance, housekeeping and availability of facilities in reception/showroom area
  • To promote excellent customer and public relations to help grow the perception and image of the Company
  • To record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively carry out customer follow up in order to promote sales of labour, parts and fitted accessories
  • To ensure systems and methods in all administrative matters are carried out in line with Company policies
  • To ensure accurate records are kept and updated
  • To ensure a clear line of communication is upheld with Customers and staff. To deal with customer requirements in the areas of Sales, Aftersales & Servicing in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an efficient manner to other members of staff to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • To support, aid and assist the Sales Team in achievement of all targets
  • To support, aid and assist the Sales Manager in all areas of customer handling, problem solving and delivery of outstanding customer service
  • To receive all incoming telephone calls for the Company in accordance with company policy
  • To undertake other ad hoc duties when required

Things to consider

Applicants must be able to work over the weekends as per the staff rota - whilst this is normally 1 day it can occasionally involve working both Saturday and Sunday.

  • There is free parking on site and a regular bus service
