Assist the HR & Client Services Departments with administrative tasks:

  • Sending out Application Packs, letters and emails to applicants
  • Arranging Interviews for Managers
  • Using CRM to log progress
  • Hospitality when meeting new recruits
  • Maintain “Personal Support Worker” recordings
  • Maintain Training accounts & Generate a weekly report
  • Contact staff who are not up to date with their allocated courses
  • Filing as and when required
  • Logging incoming post
  • Arrange and Manage PPE
  • Chasing missing documents from “Personal Support Workers”
