Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Answer customer enquiries and handle office based administrative tasks
  • Respond in a timely manner to inbound calls & emails from the Samsung Consumer team and TMT Business customers
  • Gain knowledge of internal and Samsung systems to obtain and deliver accurate device status information to customers 
  • Communicate all sales enquiries and service request to the Sales Team and arranging meetings where necessary
  • Work closely with the internal Operational Teams to understand the device process & capacity levels
