Contact Centre - Outbound calls for BT Broadband and Land Lines, contract renewals, pricing and sales.

Full training will be given which includes product training and 1-1 coaching. On completion of our training program, you will have all the tools and knowledge required to be the best you possibly can, within your Junior Sales Role.

We are a young and friendly team, you will need to out-banter your colleagues, overcome the shame of not winning the recent incentives, but most of all not finish bottom on the sales board. We are looking for confident outgoing people that think outside the box and will strive towards smashing their targets.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Calling people’s homes and businesses
  • Building a rapport with the contact on the phone
  • Engaging with customers in a positive way
  • Explain who we are and what we offer to our customers
  • Ensure customers qualify for discounts by paying attention to details
  • Pass customer to the team leader to close deal and make the sale
  • Objection handling and complaints
  • Build a pipeline of activity
  • To make 200 calls a day as the general team target
  • To deliver 5 qualifying leads to the Team Leader
  • To aim to achieve 1 deal per day from your leads
  • To maintain and build pipeline
  • Utilise our data system and update and record information as required

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm.
