In our customer care team,  you will have the opportunity to use your skills and ideas and play a vital role in providing outstanding service to our customers and representing our brand.  


  • Provide customers with product information, support with account opening and maintenance and answering general queries about their online account
  • Build rapport with customers to resolve issues and queries  
  • Meet established customer service goals, including call quality, productivity and customer acquisition
  • Deliver outstanding service to customers
  • Assist with any other administrative duties as and when required
