As a Service Desk Administrator, you will prioritize the calls coming in via the client's Service Desk and assign these to engineers as necessary in order to meet the demands of the customers. You will take responsibility for the smooth running of the helpdesk functionality, ensuring all requests are efficiently and effectively handled.
