What does the job look like:

Managing calls (this is a 100% telephone-based role) you will be establishing our customers’ needs and affordability by gathering information with them.

  • Negotiating payments and payment plans
  • Advise and apply water tariffs where applicable
  • Support and direct our customers to relevant charities/support networks
  • Update customer accounts with relevant notes and outcomes
  • Shifts are rostered between Monday to Friday and one Saturday per rota

You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided.
