Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Assisting customers with service and sales related queries (inbound calls, e-mail, and webchat)
  • Processing sales orders and maintaining customer records
  • Monitoring stock forecasts and liaising with the procurement department
  • Support in dealing with sales and purchase invoices and the processing of card payments
  • Be responsible for data entry and analysis where required
  • Ensure a high standard of document management through filing, scanning and inputting
  • Input petty cash and credit card expenses
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to multitask whilst maintaining strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Up to date knowledge and proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Have a desire to succeed within the role with the ability to progress within the business
