Duties involve:

  • Support the administrative processes associated with external prizegiving, liaising with donors, academics and student recipients
  • Develop a bank of templates and letters to be used in correspondence with recipients and donors
  • Use Raiser’s Edge to monitor and track donor scholarships, donor reports, donor attendance at events, donor communications and donor relations
  • Support the processing of Advancement data requirements following major fundraising activities including Telethons
  • Support the collection and distribution of correspondence from scholarship beneficiaries to major gift scholarship donors
  • Support the Stewardship Coordinator in the planning and delivery of benefactor events, including donor receptions, donor visits and other events to which donors are invited
  • Support the Stewardship Coordinator in the production and publication of the annual Impact Report
  • Support the Stewardship Coordinator in the collation and development of fundraising collateral e.g. case studies and testimonials
  • Support the Stewardship Coordinator in developing a branded identity for all Northumbria stewardship and donor relations materials including donor reports, cards, branded stewardship gifts
  • Assist with wider Advancement activity as required
