We need an administrator, ideally with previous experience who has excellent communication skills and can liaise with both customers and suppliers, whilst also being able to answer email enquiries and help prepare quotes and send invoices.

Duties may include:

  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Monitoring Big Kahuna Group emails
  • Preparing Quotes and sending invoices
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system
  • Managing the staff holiday planner
  • Managing and updating the Big Kahuna Group manual
  • Organising deliveries and ordering supplies
  • Managing MD’s diary and always being ‘one step ahead’ for deadlines, renewals etc
  • Filing, scanning, printing documents when required
  • Keeping on top of post and deliveries
  • Monitoring and responding to enquiries via social media
  • Creating inventory and stock lists
  • Organising documents and files in shared folders
  • Setting up projects on project management software
  • Plus, any other administrative duties
