Role Overview:

Due to continued growth, Netteam have an exciting opportunity to join their team. You must be an excellent communicator, be able to work in a busy environment, have great attention to detail and be organised.

The team work in an open plan office with an informal atmosphere.  A collaborative approach is always encouraged, and they try to make it a fun and productive workplace, where everyone can develop new skills.

This role will involve activities such as:

  • Order processing
  • Receiving and booking in deliveries on our systems to provide a live view of all outstanding orders
  • Arranging daily collections and deliveries with our courier partners
  • Raising customer invoices
  • Keeping our Stock Room organised and ensuring that dispatch area is ready for collection of goods by our external engineering team
  • Answering customer and supplier queries via telephone and email
  • Logging customer issues on our CRM platform, ensuring key details are recorded
  • Preparing sales contracts and agreements
  • Liaising with other teams within the company to support projects and resolve queries

This role will be split into two parts, one part will be working in the main office processing orders and liaising with internal and external customers regarding orders, deliveries and collections. The second part of your day will be workng in dispatch - receiving and sorting stock that is delivered, picking and packing up goods ready to send out.

We will provide full training on the use of all company systems relating to this role.
