  • Make and Answer phone calls, transfer the calls or take messages
  • Perform administrative duties like liaising with the client, direct their calls to the appropriate customer support admins
  • Train new clients on our CRM system (We will train the apprentice on the CRM system)
  • Undertake mild problem solving pertaining to the CRM system (we will train them on that)
  • Photocopy and scan documents
  • Make appointments
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Take the minutes at meetings
  • Keep the office premises clean and tidy
  • Make tea and coffee for colleagues and clients
