ABR solicitors are seeking an office junior/receptionist to work at our office in Leeds.

The successful candidate would need to demonstrate that they are willing to work hard and learn from those around them.

KEY TASKS

1. Sorting, scanning to appropriate files and distributing (where appropriate) post.
2. Providing reception and telephone cover. 
3. Processing archiving and archiving requests.
4. Assisting with general administration duties such as;
4.1. Filing.
4.2. Photocopying and binding.
4.3. Ordering stationery and putting away.

 

KEY SKILLS

The post holder must possess the following skills and experience:

1. A good basic IT knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
2. A willingness to learn and improve.
3. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
4. Excellent organisational skills.
5. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
6. Work on own initiative and as part of a team.
7. Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
8. Able to take instructions well.
9. Have the ability to prioritise workload.
10. Punctual and reliable.
