Duties and responsibilities will include:

Case Handling Support Officer:

  • Our Case Handling Department is looking for Case Handling Support Officers to help them with their day to day administrative duties
  • The Case Handling department is responsible for looking after our customer’s cases and seeing them through to completion
  • The Case Handling Support Officer supports the client-facing Case Handlers with administrative support and once fully competent, also provides cover for Case Handlers when they are on leave
  • The Case Handling Support Officer is responsible for ensuring that our in-house system is always updated and that tasks are completed to a high standard, in a timely manner

Telemarketing Support Officer:

  • Our Qualifying Department is looking for a Telemarketing Support Officer to help with them with their day to day administrative duties:
  • Our Qualifying Department is the first point of call for all customers ringing James Leighton for the very first time – because of this we are looking for individuals with a friendly and welcoming telephone manner
  • All new enquiries’ details will need to be carefully keyed into our in-house software system
  • Mailboxes will need to be monitored, forwarding emails on to relevant departments and all leads to be entered on to our in-house system

Things to consider

  • Long Eaton is a very well-connected area for public transport.  If you plan to drive to work you will need to pay for parking.  We have a Pay and Display car park behind our premises (£2.50 per day)
  • We ask staff to come to work looking smart casual (no ripped jeans, hats, hoodies or trainers)
  • Due to the nature of our industry we do work 7 days a week (362 days per year). This means we are looking for individuals who wont be fazed by occasional long days and weekend work
