Vertu Motors operates a nationwide chain of franchised motor dealerships offering sales, servicing, parts, and accident repair facilities for new and used car and commercial vehicles. The group trades as Bristol Street Motors, Macklin Motors, Vertu Motors across the UK with over 149 sales outlets and 32 franchises.

You will have the opportunity to learn from a team of highly skilled professionals and a range of company benefits and best of all, you will have the opportunity to gain permanent employment within the group.

Main responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Completing and updating internal systems
  • Helping with the warranty claim filing
  • Helping to follow up warranty queries via email
  • Looking after the stationary supplies and ordering when needed
  • Tasks involving the claiming of warranty recalls
  • Helping with returned claims – notifying the team when a claim is sent back
  • Complying all the goodwill checks from the 17 sites we look after and asking the factory for a contribution towards any given repair

Full training will be provided by both Vertu and the manufacture (Volkswagen) to ensure the successful apprentice is supported and develops the skills to become a full member of the warranty team that is confident and able to undertake all warranty claims, mechanical and recalls.

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Technical Certificate (if appropriate)

This apprenticeship programme is delivered with a blended learning approach and includes a mixture of onsite tutor visits and online tutor led sessions. All delivery is completed in the workplace and you will not need to attend any off-site training.
