What you will be doing as part of hireful?

As Client Services Administrator Apprentice you will assist Hireful clients with their campaigns and account queries, as well as with additional projects to improve service and procedures.

Great experience starts with excellent service; so, you will be on hand to support our clients through every step on their needs, escalating queries where necessary, ensuring their account are up to date, processing, learning how to format job adverts and posting onto the job boards too.

Typical work activities:

  • Responding to first line queries from the other departments, and clients
  • Escalating client queries where necessary to an Account Director, the Client Services Team Leader of Head of the Client Services
  • Processing roles ensuring that accounts are up to date with credit tracking
  • Obtaining prices for additional job boards or quoting for extra services such as screening or searching CV databases
  • Formatting pre-written advert copy ready to be posted to the job boards
  • Working on ad hoc projects for both colleagues and clients
  • Keeping internal systems up to date with accurate information
  • Ensuring that we are compliant with GDPR at all times
  • Constantly leading by example to other teammates

Future prospects

Many of our team started out as apprentices and graduates and have now developed into more senior roles. We hope that the apprentice we hire will want to continue with us into a permanent position.

Getting here! WE are based in the rural area of Strixton, Wellingborough NN29, where public transport is very limited!

You will need to either live locally or have access to car/bike and not rely on public transport.
