Responsibilities: 

  • Deal with enquiries and reservations from dealers and customer via telephone and written means
  • Check all rental agreements received are completed in accordance with company guidelines, following all administrative processes
  • Respond to telephone reservations to operational standards
  • Place bookings to customer specification using bespoke booking software
  • Confirm the booking to the customer immediately, by telephone and email
  • Amend bookings immediately upon receipt of notification using company procedures
  • Maintain administrative reservation logs to operational standards
  • Inform the customer of potential problems arising; ensure the booking will be fulfilled to their satisfaction
  • Resolve general enquiries from Retailers and customers to operational standards
