  • Providing a professional service and rapid response to product price enquiries, quotations, deliveries and order status.
  • Liaising with customers
  • Efficient respond and full customer service satisfaction
  • Introducing the supply chain and production-related issues to the customer in a positive manner
  • Engaging with the customer and collecting feedback
