Customer Service Administrator Apprentice is responsible for ensuring that all customer requirements are understood, met and communicated to all departments with accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities:     

  • The Customer Service Administrator will review each customer contract or order to provide effective and accurate information to JW departments of customer requirement
  • To provide JW departments with a clear instruction of requirement on behalf of the customer
  • Accurate acknowledgement of customer orders to relevant personnel through a variety of communication methods
  • Ensure that details on customer orders are correct
  • Effective and friendly communication both externally and internally
  • Provision of data analysis
  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries from a variety of communication methods timely and efficiently co-ordinating with other departments
  • Administration, investigation, reporting and resolution of NCR’s
  • Accurate and up to date record keeping for future reference in line with JW policy and procedures
  • Co-ordinate, organise and prioritise own workload
  • Collaborate and communicate with other departments to integrate sales orders with business systems or processes, logistics, order management, accounting, purchasing, warehousing & production
  • Use technology to enter data, process information and maintain accurate administrative records
  • Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with colleagues
  • Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure and clean and safe workplace
