Process orders, check data; contact clients; liaise with Logistics team; maintain and update sales and customer records; develop monthly sales reports; communicate feedback from customers; ensure sales targets are met, report any deviations, stay up-to-date with products and features. Support the Sales Team with general administrative duties.

Duties will include:
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Supporting the Sales Team
- Taking and processing orders from customers
- Completing documents
- Completing general administrative duties on behalf of the sales team
Requirements and prospects

- Excellent communicator
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Good time keeping
- Good team player
Ideally C/4, equivalent and above GCSE grades - especially English and maths.
