Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Manage our Live chat program to answer any queries for potential new customers
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients
  • Provide written proposals and renewal documents to clients and follow these through the full sales cycle
  • Work with internal departments to provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Build and manage a pipeline to meet sales targets as set by the business- this will develop over time as your client base and product knowledge develops
  • Suggest actions to identify opportunities for growth
  • Building your technical awareness relating to products / services through continued self development

As your product knowledge increases you will be encouraged to integrate within  the sales team and be actively encouraged to be involved in all aspects of service/delivery from the initial sales contact to the final installation and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

  • Strong interest in IT and Tech is essential
