Duties will include:

  • Desk based helpdesk role as part of a fast paced customer service team
  • Answering telephone calls with consistent professionalism
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times via telephone calls and email
  • Provisioning and Maintaining Eclipse’s core products (VoIP, Internet, Business Telephone Lines and Business Mobiles)
  • Confidently communicate with customers and suppliers over the phone
  • Satisfying the customer’s requirements, aiming (where possible) to resolve all calls at first point of contact
  • Accurately document all work carried out, including updating of electronic systems (ticketing, spreadsheets, CRM)
  • Log and assign calls to the relevant department
  • Ensure data protection and customer privacy is followed in all circumstances
  • Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Full training will be provided by the Company at all stages of development
