Reporting to the Director Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers and visitors to the company
  • Handle telephone enquiries and make customer sales and service appointments
  • Process and handle the customer sales and service appointment from arrival to departure
  • Liaise with all departments in the chain of customer experience from initial sale to handover.
  • Process invoices and associated customer vehicle sales documentation - providing maximum impact to the department and added value to the customer
  • Develop knowledge of products - from vehicles to service products
  • Handle payments
  • Make customer satisfaction survey calls to customers and feedback to line management
  • Log Off the Job Learning hours as part of apprenticeship programme.
