Job Role - 

To gain a comprehensive level of knowledge of all Administrative and Stock Control procedures and perform allocated duties in a timely and professional manner.

To have the ability to self-motivate and work as part of a team to achieve the agreed Admin and Stock Control goals

Daily Tasks to include - 

  • Assign all Scan Track paperwork
  • Invoice all deliveries for that day
  • Complete Journey Manifest lorry info for that day
  • Look at overdue purchase orders
  • Check Big Daddy for missing Bin Locations & Picking Zones
  • Check for specials with no allocation
  • Open and distribute post
  • Print Labels for purchase orders due in and hang on date board

Weekly Tasks to include - 

  • Check stationary requirements
  • Print labels for transfers
  • Take and file photos of IBT trailer in and out
  • Scan transfers to Scan Track
  • Check all timber packs have split correctly

Monthly Tasks to include - 

  • Petty Cash completed, sent to Kat and claimed back from the bank
  • Order water for the depot

As and When Required - 

  • Printer Reading
  • Order new printer ink and waste box
  • Set up Loyalty Cards
  • Check filing cabinet for all H&S and office maintenance is up to date
