    Monday - Friday. Opening times are between 8.00am and 6.30pm. The successful applicant will work in variable shifts around these start and finish times.

The role will predominantly involve working on reception, duties will include:

  • Greeting patients
  • Checking in patients for appointments and directing them appropriately
  • Making patient appointments
  • Registering new patients
  • General enquiries
  • Prescription requests
  • Answering incoming calls

  • Documenting requests for home visits
  • Transferring incoming calls to relevant colleagues
