About the Role:

Working as part of an established Client Services Team, you be responsible for supporting customers in their management of their debt accounts, acting as an intermediary between them, and the client (the business whom the debt is owed to).

And Day to Day?

Day to day, you will:

  • Efficiently process inbound and outbound written communications
  • Maintain a case management system
  • Open post and then scan and distribute to other teams
  • Input data
  • Print relevant documentation and correspondence
  • Provide Admin support for other team members
  • Process client instructions

Requirements and prospects

  • Good communication skills; verbal, written and via phone
  • Good IT Skills, preferably be able to use MS Office
  • Naturally strong at organisation
