As a junior client service advisor (Apprentice), you will be focused on developing your skills to achieve revenue targets through direct outbound sales activities and the management and conversion of inbound enquiries /sales leads. You will report to RoSPA's Sales manager, and your work will cover the full service portfolio including but not limited to membership, awards, workplace and fleet training and consultancy and qualifications. As a junior CSA you will be personally efficient, resilient and resourceful. Full coaching and training will be given in line with the expectations of the Customer Service Specialist (Level 3) standard.
