Things to consider
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have changed our office structure and working hours. Therefore this position would be 2 days office based in Spalding and 2 days based from home. Whilst working from home, you shall be supported remotely and constantly be in communication with the rest of the department through a variety of ways. This may change as we move forward and ask the candidate to have flexibility with this.
Whilst the employer values a work life/home life balance, due to the nature of the business (operating in the licensed leisure sector) working times may be required during what may be regarded as unsociable hours but only on occasion.
This role is one that offers a real chance of progression and a career and the successful candidate will be expected to show dedication and flexibility.
