Duties will include:

  • Follow our supplier protocols in respect of the information required to prove them based in the task at hand
  • Coordinate and maintain monthly sales figures for quotations and sales made per salesperson
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and supplier information on ZOHO
  • Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and suppliers through regular contact
  • An understanding of the requirements of cost reduction consultancy industry
  • Reliable and able to maintain a professional approach at all times

Job Purposes: 

  • Data inputting across out CRM system ZOHO and on Excel when required
  • Provide basic reports on complaints and objections on ZOHO
  • Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
  • Filing paperwork accordingly/ Photocopying
  • Answering telephones/ Emailing suppliers
  • Creating word/pdf documents for quotations
  • Creating new files for customers/suppliers
  • Send out LOA’s and information request
  • Chasing Sales people for information and documents needed for a sale
  • Log supplier information
  • Log sales figures per sales person
  • Assist Admin Manager with adhoc duties when require

Desired qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have GCSEs, or equivalent, grade C/4 or above in maths, English and ICT
  • Please note that level 2 adult literacy and level 2 adult numeracy will not be accepted. This is due to the apprenticeship certificate awarding body’s requirements
