The role will be based in Sheffield around the Kelham Island area. It will involve a variety of tasks supporting the internal team, there is a vast amount of telephone work so you must be an excellent communicator with an upbeat personality and have a tenacious approach.

Duties will include:

  • Researching on the internet on a daily basis which can become repetitive at times
  • Data inputting
  • Some reception duties but being the first point of contact for anyone calling
  • Adding jobs to websites
  • Contacting candidates looking for work & chasing documentation
  • Contacting companies re references & chasing where necessary
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks
  • Contacting new applicants looking for work & asking a variety of questions
  • Sending out mailers
  • Sending out IT assessments to candidates & documenting when they come back
  • Updating records on the database on a daily basis
  • Assisting in other areas when and where necessary
