- Process customer orders and enquiries submitted by telephone, email and web
- Outbound prospecting calls to attract new business and sales opportunities
- Internal account management with a view to developing towards on the road sales
- CRM and website administration tasks to maintain technology systems

- Excellent Communicator
GCSE or equivalents at 7-4/A-C – IT, English and maths.
On completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to progress within the company.
