As an Apprentice Aftersales Customer Service advisor at Parklands Toyota you will be responsible for customer enquiries, customer looking to book vehicles in for service / MOT or repair, questions about their vehicles and help them find spare parts. This will involve face to face, telephone and computer communications, with a mentor to oversee your work-based learning.

Parklands Toyota are a Cornish base and owned company, we opened our doors for Business in St Austell back in 1997 and move to our purpose built site in-between Truro & Newquay by the A30 in August 1999 . This formal college training will commence in August / September.
This apprenticeship will be delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and attendance at Cornwall College St. Austell. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
