As an Account Support Administrator you will be the linking-pin between sales and all other departments. Your main responsibility will be to support a large key account within their administrative needs. And while doing so this role will also give you the opportunity to work closely with other departments within the organization.

As Sales Support, you will be helping sales with a variety of administrative tasks on large key accounts. Your working day will consist of the following tasks:

  • Processing sales orders.
  • Populating product information into a sales catalogue.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Communicating with other teams.
  • Collaborating on improvement plans.
  • Processing sales orders.
  • Guiding the sales process, making sure that internal orders are shipping on time while keeping account managers informed of the status.
  • Advise and support all stakeholders throughout the order process (account management, customer service department, accounts receivable).
  • Assisting account managers with questions regarding orders, systems and processes.
  • Manage changes and issues in the order process and helping to find solutions.
  • Proactively verifying and chasing on delayed orders.
  • Participating and Cooperating in improvement plans.
