3. Managing customer orders within our main eBay account:

  • Cross-referencing orders between eBay and our back-office system
  • Ensuring all tracking numbers are entered.
  • Ensuring eBay orders are dispatched as quickly as possible and that customers are well informed of any issues or delays.
  • Responding to all eBay messages promptly

4. Input ideas for social media

  • Aid with the use of TikTok including generating and uploading videos
  • Having new and fresh ideas

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • A good level of IT skills; previous use of Microsoft applications would be an advantage.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise work to meet the demands of the role.
  • To be confident when speaking to customers by phone and in person.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

Personal qualities

  • To be able to work within a team, polite, organised and reliable.
  • To be open-minded in how a job role can differ.

Desired qualifications

Ideally maths & English GCSE 4/C or above. 

You may be able to study equivalent qualifications as part of your apprenticeship, dependant on personal circumstances if you have not already achieved the above. 

Future prospects

There is good potential for permanent employment on successful completion of your apprenticeship.

Transport links to the area are limited. The nearest bus stop train station is about 20/25 minutes walk away – please carefully consider how you will get to work each day.
