The Customer Services Team at Keycare.

The Customer Services Team is committed to providing outstanding service to customers through attitude, expertise, technical support and quality of service.  The team is responsible for the following activities:

  • Call handling
  • Claim handling
  • Collection of customer payments
  • Outbound direct customer sales activity
  • Data handling
  • Fulfilment support
  • Issue of documentation
  • Stock control and ordering 
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Complaint handling
  • Provision of required management information
  • All other administrative functions related to customer service

The Role of the Customer Services Representative

As a Customer Services Representative you will play a key role within the Customer Services Team.
You will be responsible for the provision of customer service in accordance with agreed service levels and targets. You will work within the parameters of established procedures and will adhere to all regulatory requirements in particular ‘Treating Customers Fairly’. You will be able to demonstrate your competence as an advisor through regular call monitoring reviews and biannual assessments.
