Duties include:

  • To attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills as required
  • Manage agendas & appointments etc. for the Managing Director
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Carry out direct marketing activities
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, or email
  • Liaise and attend meetings necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational developmentHave an active input in assisting in the forming of the strategy for business development
  • Manage the stock records and assist in purchasing activities
  • Maintain the software utilised to manage the business & update the data when required
  • Greet visitors & customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Deal with enquiries to the Trade Counter when necessary in a polite and informative manner
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Support customer service by attending to Trade Counter enquiries when necessary
  • Provide administrative support for management
