Duties include:

  • Banking – cheque raising & banking
  • Checking company expenses in Concur system for accounting approval
  • Logging overhead invoices
  • Updating cash books
  • Cash allocation in the accounting system
  • Statement filling/scanning
  • Inputting loans into the accounting system
  • Banking related queries – cash allocation
  • Running arrears reports
  • Remittance filling/sorting
  • Assisting with data gathering for audit
  • Assisting with building Loans to Fund
  • Minute taking for team meetings
  • Other ad-hoc finance administrative tasks
  • Assisting with the Bacs run process and data pulling
  • Running treasury specific reports to aid treasury manager
