As our business continues to grow, we are now looking for a Accounts Administrator Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong personality and be of a bubbly nature.

An opportunity has been created at a Firm of Chartered Accountants in Heanor for candidates that are at the start of their financial career and looking for a business that can provide full training towards an AAT Qualification.
You will be provided with full funding and 1 day a week to attend the training hub for your studies along with expenses for any books and material required.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone at the early stages of their career, as the business has an excellent reputation for training and development of all their staff, in a friendly and warm environment.
You will be working alongside the Accounts Manager and other trainees, completing a number of duties which will include:
- Answering phones
- Analysis client data
- Filing company documentation
- Useing microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Office)
- Greeting clients
Requirements and prospects
- Be familiar and confident with all areas of the Microsoft, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confidence in the use of IT
- Good communicator
- Commitment and willingness to learn
- Polite, responsive
Minimum of 5 GCSE's grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including maths and English.
Possibility of the right candidate to be kept on full-time.
Things to consider
The right candidate must have a positive approach to a 40 hour week, willing to working Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings to support the wider team.

The apprentice will be enrolled on the Assistant Accountant Level 3 Standard, which includes 8 AAT exams, in addition to the Synoptic Assessment as part of the End-Point Assessment process.
The knowledge units will be delivered at the EMA training hub in Derby through day release.
