Duties to all aspects of Business Administration to support the service, including:
- Meet and Greet clients and visitors
- Responding to emails and enquiries regarding the service
- Answering the telephone and directing the call appropriately.
- Preparing letters
- Assisting with Client files
- Assisting with the preparation training events
- Assisting with quality audits
- Copying and filing
- Any other duties to support the business
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
- Must be computer literate and able to operate basic Microsoft Office packages including Word, internet, and Excel
- Be able to compile an email in a professional manner
- Telephone skills
- Good communication skills

- Must be willing to build confidence and be prepared to make outbound calls

- Pleasant and friendly personality
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the work-based learning route

Desired qualifications
- GCSEs at grades A*-C / 9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English
- IT qualification (or equivalent) would be beneficial, however not essential

Things to consider
There will be a requirement, at times, to work some time at the weekend but this is once every 6 months for stock taking purposes.
