This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for a career in administration within the Motor Trade and want to work alongside a great team.

You will contribute to the company’s success by assisting with all aspects of administration within the Telesales Team in Hessle. This is a friendly and supportive team that will encourage you to progress and develop.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering the telephone in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Maintaining administration systems
  • Sending emails
  • General administrative work, including scanning and filing
  • Use of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Any other related duties

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)

You will have access to your own online e-portfolio to monitor your progress and access resources.  You will be assigned a Trainer who specialises in teaching and delivering the Business Administration qualification; they will be with you during your sessions in the centre and also make regular visits to see you in your place of work.  Sessions are kept small to ensure each learner gets the correct support and guidance throughout the duration of their apprenticeship.
