This is a customer-facing role working alongside the lettings team.

Your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the maintenance department
  • Taking calls from tenants and logging enquiries onto the system and efficiently deal with landlord and tenant enquiries
  • Answering phone as required and dealing with queries where possible, and/or taking accurate messages
  • Making calls to contractors and booking appointments
  • Scanning and uploading files to the system
  • Meet and greet clients
  • General administrative duties
  • Customer services based duties
  • Managing files
  • Send emails/letters
  • Sales and marketing - marketing available properties
  • Carrying out property research, including marketing procedures through portals, websites and various databases.
  • Data entry – updating details, creating new entries, editing details.
  • Liaising with new and current customers

  • Filing office general office paperwork, sales paperwork

Full training will be given, we hope to develop and take on permanent roles in the future.

To be able to organise and plan work in a flexible manner to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed within agreed timescales.

You will be required to know how to manage the relationship with the customer.  Know the importance of written, verbal and non-verbal communication (including body language), email, letter, telephone and personal etiquette.

Appropriate use of social media sites, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and smartphone applications
