This job is office based and will include the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and email, making and receiving telephone calls to and from customers and suppliers and handling customer enquiries by telephone, email and face to face.

The role also involves planning and organising schedules and diaries for the fitting teams and the surveyors as well as organising and unloading deliveries, for which some heavy lifting will be necessary.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a working diary for yourself, adhering to set office procedures, maintaining customer records in accordance with confidentiality and data protection policies and other general office duties.

Full training will be given on product knowledge, manual handling and basic COSHH.
