This role is to bring in customers to help meet our client’s needs as well as working alongside businesses.

The role will entail:

  • Making calls to consumers and businesses, working from data provided
  • Following scripts provided
  • Data entry
  • Keeping records of calls and recording relevant information
  • Eventually working towards weekly and monthly pre-set targets
  • Reporting back daily
  • General administration duties

Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Standard

  • This may include a BTEC Diploma/Standard and End-Point Assessment (EPA). It may also include Functional Skills in maths, English and ICT (if required)
