This role is to bring in customers to help meet our client’s needs as well as working alongside businesses.

The role will entail:

  • Making calls to consumers and businesses, working from data provided
  • Following scripts provided
  • Data entry
  • Keeping records of calls and recording relevant information
  • Eventually working towards weekly and monthly pre-set targets
  • Reporting back daily
  • General administration duties
