Road Traffic Solutions have a vacancy in their drawing department.

Duties to include the following:

  • Ensure that the drawings are in line with the company guidelines for presentation
  • Drawings to be produced within set time frames
  • Liaise with the clients and project co-ordinators to ensure total understanding of drawing required
  • Contribute with ideas to ensure continuous improvement within the department
  • Strive to improve knowledge of traffic management and CAD technology
  • Communicate with the drawing supervisor regularly, keeping them up-to-date with your workload and what is happening personally
  • Be aware of new avenues of business and communicate possibilities
  • Maintain the drawing log on REPS
  • Invoice all chargeable drawings when necessary as per agreement with the customer - within 24 hours unless by application
  • Ensure you maintain a good level of customer service with the clients by communicating regularly and conducting customer visits
  • Deal with drawing queries and escalate if necessary
